Making the Most of Your Coworking Membership

With everything that has shifted due to the coronavirus pandemic, you may have found that your working situation has changed. More people are working from home than ever. But unfortunately, the home environment does not work for everyone.

Coworking offers a solution to the downsides of home working and helps you to achieve a better work-life balance. As individuals who are remote workers ourselves, we understand how tough it can be working from home. We created StonesThrow with this in mind.

We believe that we can achieve more when we work together. Our open, shared office space is designed to bring people together and to encourage small businesses to support one another.

It is our mission to bring a workspace within reach of all individuals, both financially and with flexibility.

Your coworking membership allows you to take advantage of all these things, and we would encourage you to do so!

Being part of the StonesThrow community

Here at StonesThrow, we are lucky to house members from a range of industries and disciplines. Each member brings unique skills and talents.

We believe that coworking is not just about desks, it is about people.

Our open coworking space gives members the opportunity to be alongside other business-minded people. This means that you can easily network, solve problems, get support and learn from others.

We facilitate connections for our members and help build great relationships within our local community. Make the most of your coworking membership by being around others and reduce isolation.

Recently, we launched our Community Hub, which holds our own resources, as well as those of our members and the wider community.

Flexible plans to suit your needs

Our aim is to offer simple and flexible packages that are easy to alter depending on your changing needs.

All our membership plans include the essentials you need to set up your own working space. With great facilities including business broadband and a choice of desks, we hope to make you as comfortable as possible. There is even free tea and coffee!

The payment plans we offer are a rolling monthly fee, so if you decide coworking is not for you or alternatively, you would like more days in our space, we can easily adjust your plan accordingly.

Our coworking plans start at the low price of £60 per month (plus VAT). See our pricing page for more details on costs.

Use our coworking space for meet-ups and virtual events

Alongside our coworking plans, we also have four meeting rooms that are available for hire. Whatever your needs, we can cater for you.

The rooms we have available for hire include a professional boardroom for seminars and board meetings, a relaxed meeting space for interviews or one-to-ones, a large meeting space for conferences (up to 30 people), as well as a versatile studio space. Members can take advantage of these rooms at a discounted member rate.

On top of organising your own meetings, we regularly host networking events here at StonesThrow. In the past, we have provided the physical space and facilities for local networking groups.

Recently, we have moved towards offering virtual events and online workshops. We have been working hard to establish new capabilities for those looking to use our space for online opportunities.
